At MindScene we want you to feel completely confident before continuing with your subscription.
14-day guarantee
If you're not satisfied with MindScene, you have 14 calendar days from your first subscription to request a full refund, with no need to justify the reason.
How to request it
Write to us at mindscenelive@gmail.com indicating your registered email. We'll process the refund within a maximum of 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your user dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the period already paid; no further charges will be made and you'll keep access until that date.
Exceptions
The 14-day guarantee applies once per user/account. After that period, no refunds are issued for months already enjoyed, although you can always cancel to avoid future charges.
