Data controller

MindScene is the controller of your personal data in connection with use of the service. You can contact us at mindscenelive@gmail.com.

What data we collect

  • Account data: name, email and password (encrypted).
  • Payment data: handled directly by Stripe; MindScene does not store your card details.
  • Usage data: interactions with the app and content you generate inside the service.
  • Technical data: IP address (to detect approximate language/currency), device type and browser.

What we use it for

  • Providing the service and managing your account and subscription.
  • Processing payments and billing.
  • Handling support requests.
  • Improving the app and its performance.
  • Sending you service-related communications (and commercial ones, only with your explicit consent).

Legal basis

Performance of the subscription contract, compliance with legal obligations (billing), legitimate interest (security and improvement of the service) and consent (commercial communications, where applicable).

Who we share your data with

  • Stripe (payment processing).
  • Supabase (database hosting).
  • Infrastructure/CDN providers needed to operate the website.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

How long we keep it

As long as you keep your account active, and afterwards for any applicable legal retention periods (for example, tax and accounting obligations).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object and request portability of your data by writing to mindscenelive@gmail.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you consider it necessary.

International transfers

If any of our providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place (such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
